I just spotted this coming out of a diner earlier today. It's either the world's most optimistic parking job, or a case of a neglected parking brake combined with accidentally good aiming.

Damn, looks like it was touching both of them. My best bet would be an instance of forgetting to set the parking brake. Luckily I've only forgotten the parking brake once while learning to drive manual while on flat ground. Still gave me a mini heart attack though.

It's surrounded by Bimmers. I suspect it was one of them, trying (and failing) to properly park something else.
